MBA585: Current Topics in Bioscience Management

Spring 2022

This course focused on business strategies in the pharmaceutical industry. Product life cycles, product discovery and development, intellectual property, regulatory trials, sourcing, sales, and marketing were explored through case studies, presentations, and guest speakers.  Throughout the semester, I worked on a team project on current trends in clinical trials, for which I was the team leader. 

MBA576: Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization I

Fall 2022

Throughout this course, I worked with a team to develop a commercialization strategy for a real technology. Strategies were created for a chitosan-based foam and a circRNA vaccine. 

BUS554: Project Management

Spring 2023

During this course, project fundamentals were discussed. The project life cycle including project selection, planning, and execution were discussed as well as methods for managing and controlling project costs, schedules, scope, and project risk.

MS Project was utilized to manage a product development team project throughout the semester as a real world example.
