This semester, my team evaluated non-traditional nodes in the plant based and functional food value chain. Short, medium, and long term engagement strategy was developed for Novozymes to reach their future goals. 

PHAXTEC

Spring 2022

The team performed an in depth analysis of the bioplastics market and explored the applicability of PHA as a fertilizer and EV battery coating through KOL outreach and market research, culminating in a market report. We also developed a market strategy report outlining next steps for PHAXTEC in these markets.

This semester, my team evaluated the evolving commercial and regulatory landscapes for molecular diagnostics. For the top infectious diseases and cancers, we investigated device development, utilization, and regulations between laboratory developed tests and traditional in vitro diagnostics.
